Book review by Weronika Skibniewska, class 3a

One of my favourite book is "The Little Prince" written by Antoine De Saint Exupéry.  Antoine was a French pilot, poet and writer. 

The Little Prince is a beautiful story about amazing friendship  -  pilot  crashed his plane in the Desert, and a boy, who comes from planet  B-612.  In the uninhabited desert, unknown from where, there appears a child. He isn't a tired or scared. The boy has only one wish... He said ''Draw me a sheep!''

Little prince told the pilot about his adventures. He found himself in the neighbourhood of the asteroids 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, and 330.

The first of them was inhabited by a king. The second planet was inhabited by a conceited man. The next planet was inhabited by a tippler. The fourth planet belonged to a businessman. The fifth planet was very strange. It was the smallest of all. There was just enough room on it for a street lamp and a lamplighter. The sixth planet was ten times larger than the last one. It was inhabited by an old gentleman who wrote voluminous books. So then the seventh planet was the Earth. The Earth is not just an ordinary planet!

When the little prince arrived on the Earth, he was very much surprised not to see any people. On the Earth prince met snake, roses and FOX. The fox was a very intelligent animal. 

He said to Little Price what means 'friendship' and 'love'. 

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eyes".

 He was responsible for his rose. He must leave a pilot. In the Little Prince's stories we can see the painful truth about ourselves. For children is very beautiful story. For adults story about themselves. This is the book good for everybody. I recommend it!
